SAFETY DIET, HOW TO DIET BY HAVING BREAKFAST IN THE RIGHT WAY? (Part 1)

There are a lot of kind of food that will help you diet when using them in breakfast. They will help you not only losing your weight but also improve your health.

In fact, breakfast is the most important dish of the day. A good breakfast will help you have enough energy for your activation of all day. Without eating breakfast may cause many bad problems with your health.

In addition, this first dish of the day could help you with your safety diet plant. When trying diet, you have to make sure that the food you eat in the breakfast will help you gain your diet target.

You should have breakfast 1 hour after wake up. If you are not very hungry, breakfast should be share to 2 smaller meal. One dish should be eat after wake up and another is 1 – 2 hour after that.

Besides, if you do exercise in the morning, you should eat food that have more carbohydrate before doing exercise and having protein for the meal after.

Yogurt is one of greatest food made from milk. Yogurt has probiotic which can help your intestinal working better. A strong intestinal will help prevent leptin inflammation and resistance condition which cause fat.   

Avoid yogurt that have sugar. yogurt and cereals mixed will be tasty for the wonderful breakfast.

in fact, egg is a good food which help diet. They have healthy protein and fat, help you feel full longer so that you will eat less. Egg will provide your body 13 essential vitamins and minerals. Eggs promote weight loss by suppressing appetite.

#Broccoli

Broccoli is a rich fiber vegetable. It also contains more good amount of protein than other vegetable. Broccoli have an anti cancer ingredient called sulforaphane.

#Chia seeds

Considered one of the most nutritious foods, chia seeds contain 11g of fiber, 9g of fat and 4g of protein of total 28g chia seeds. Chia seeds provide only 1g carbohydrate per one serving. Chia seeds is one of low carb food.
